This Standard Terms and Conditions for Sale Agreement (“Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that apply to any order, purchase, receipt, delivery and/or any related products and/or services and support sold in India. (“Product”) from Alankaara Designs Private Limited and or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively, “Alankaara Designs Private Limited”), and is also a Legal contract between Customer and Alankaara Designs Private Limited. The customer by accepting delivery of the product(s) purchased from Alankaara Designs Private Limited and described on your invoice, you agree to be bound by and accept the following terms and conditions. Any attempt to alter, supplement or amend this document or to enter an order for a product(s) that is subject to additional or altered terms and conditions will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both you and Alankaara Designs Private Limited. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in Alankaara Designs Private Limited’s sole discretion.
This Sale Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and Alankaara Designs Private Limited relating to the purchase or sale of goods or services on the Site. The Sale Agreement may only be modified or terminated with regard to goods or services that have been purchased or sold on the Site in a writing signed by Alankaara Designs Private Limited. Electronic records (including signatures), that are otherwise valid, shall be accepted under the Sale Agreement.
Definitions:
- “We”, “us” and/or “our” means Alankaara Designs Private Limited.
- “You” or “your” means the individual or entity named on the invoice.
PAYMENT TERMS AND ORDERS: Advertised prices are in Indian Rupees and, unless otherwise noted, includes additional shipping and excludes any taxes that may be imposed by the legal authority that governs the jurisdiction in which you reside. Orders are not binding upon us until payments were authorized by credit card issuer or other financial institution. Terms of payment are within our sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to in writing by us, payment must be received before acceptance of an order. Payment for the products will be made by credit card, or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by us. We may invoice parts of an order separately. Your order is subject to cancellation by us at our sole discretion. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors in any offer by us and we reserve the unilateral right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.
PRODUCTS: We continually upgrades and revises its products and service offerings. We may revise and discontinue products at any time without prior notice to customers.
TAXES: Unless otherwise indicated on the face of the invoice, you are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your order.
SHIPPING, TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS: Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by us is our responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by you is your responsibility. Shipping dates are only estimating and are subject to change at any time. For protection of our Customers, we ship only to the verified billing address or authorized shipping address registered by the customer on our website. You must notify us of damaged or missing items from your order within twenty-four (24) hours after you receive your product or we will not be responsible for any forthcomings.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: The materials on our website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. We make no warranties on the products sold; expressed or implied. Further, we do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
TRADEMARK INFORMATION: Any Trademarks used in the Site are trademarks of Alankaara Designs Private Limited or their respective owners. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise without the written permission of Alankaara Designs Private Limited. OWNERSHIP OF MATERIALS: Materials are copyrighted and are protected by worldwide copyright laws and treaty provisions. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, published, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without our prior written permission. Except as expressly provided herein, we and our suppliers do not grant any express or implied right to you under any patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secret or any other intellectual property or proprietary right.
CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT: Alankaara Designs Private Limited and its affiliates respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: We do not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for use. We will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. You agree that for any liability related to the purchase of products or services bundled with the products, we are not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate amount you paid for the purchase governed by this agreement.
APPLICABLE LAWS: This site is controlled by us from our offices within India. You agree and represent that you are buying the products governed by this Agreement for your own use and not for resale. We make no representation that Materials in the site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their content is illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. You may not use or export the Materials in violation of Indian export laws and regulations.

We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.
